The GS1 Australia Community Management Tool is a web-based service offered to companies, both locally and internationally, to help in the implementation of electronic messaging. The service is used by trading partners engaging in electronic trading for pre-production testing, electronic messaging validation and process work-flow certification.

The CMT service allows each trading partner to conduct testing and validation of test messages independent of the other partners.
